The Role

We are seeking a high-calibre School Director to lead our Kindergarten. This is a comprehensive leadership role for a professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between strategic business management and nature-based educational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

* Strategic Leadership: Full accountability for school operations, budgeting, and financial health.

* Growth & Admissions: Leading marketing strategies and the full admissions process to drive and maintain enrollment.

* Staff Management: Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating a high-performing team of educators and administrative staff.

* Principal Duties: Work with the Principal to ensure our curriculum meets top-tier standards. Lead and be the primary liaison with parents

Requirements:

* Experience: 3+ years in a senior educational leadership role.

* Education: Degree or ECE qualified preferred
